The Infrared Sauna is a private sauna that can accommodate up to 3 people. The Traditional Sauna is a co-ed social space. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the traditional sauna. The infrared sauna temperature varies between 150*F to 175*F. The traditional sauna temperature varies between 200*F to 230*F.

Traditional Sauna & Up to 3 Cold Plunges.

This 60 minute contrast session is 10-15 minutes in the traditional sauna followed by a 2-3 minute cold plunge. Cycle through this process three times.

Each cold plunge session is limited to one single plunge in one temperature tub. Switching between tubs to accumulate time is not permitted.The maximum time is 10 minutes.

Youth Sessions are valid for clients 5 to 17 years old. Parent or legal guardian 21 years of age or older must be present during all services. Government issued ID will be required and must be shown in person if you appear to be under 18years of age.

Monthly Memberships require a minimum3-month contract and will auto-renew until canceled. All memberships include access to the gym and normatec compression.
